The SOLO 1327 is a stand-alone and fully automatic liquid handling robot designed for protein purification. The system consists of a basic triangular unit with a unique two-level deck system for electronics and fluids management.

Compact and an ergonomic layout for up to 13 samples or buffers and 27 fraction collection tubes.
A closed and stand-alone system, not tethered with a host computer system for operation.
Temperature controllable water bath for samples or buffers and flow-through or purified fractions.
Smart sensor safeguards against the accidental entry of air into the column matrix.

The self-explanatory and user-friendly SOLO 1327 protocol composer requires minimal hands-on time for composing a protein purification protocol.

Powerful Graphic User Interface (GUI) environment.
Direct access to all editable functions and liquid handling parameters.
Possibility of protocol sharing with users and future references for modification.
Easy customization of individual fraction collection in any order and volume.
